About this show

A single mother from Iran immigrates to Canada with her child. She faces the challenges met by many newcomers in a new country. But her story goes in an unexpected direction when she learns that her child is on the Autism spectrum.

This new work by the Blackout Theater production is performed in English.

The first phase of this project was performed on May 31,2019 for 30 minutes to receive audiences’ feedback. The full version was initially scheduled to be performed on April 28 to May 02, 2020 at the Presentation House Theatre, North Vancouver; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was postponed and is now rescheduled for November 13-15, 2020 with limited capacity at the Presentation House Theatre and online streaming.
